If you’re having a plumbing EMERGENCY call us immediately
- If a water supply line has burst or is leaking, go to the front of the house and shut off the water. A water shutoff valve looks like either of these:
- If the water supply line to your toilet has sprung a leak turn off the water supply line at the wall by turning it clockwise. Once the water has stopped call us
- If you have sprung a water leak at the front of the house and turning the shutoff valve doesn’t work because the leak is before the valve call us immediately.
If You Suspect a Natural Gas Leak
If you smell a natural gas odor, hear the hissing sound of gas escaping or see other signs of a leak
Don’t turn any electrical appliances or lights on or off. Don’t do anything that can cause a spark.
Don’t smoke, or light a match or any other flame
Immediately evacuate the area and from a safe location call 911
