These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of allserviceplumbers.com (the “Site”) and the plumbing services provided by All Service Plumbing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

We are a licensed and insured plumbing contractor operating in California. Our California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) licence number appears on our written estimates and invoices and is available on request.
2. Use of this website
The content on this Site is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or reuse its content without our permission.
All text, images, logos and other content on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
3. Estimates and quotes
- Estimates given over the phone, by email or through the Site are preliminary and non-binding. They are based on the information available at the time.
- A firm price can only be given after an on-site assessment of the work required.
- Conditions that could not reasonably be identified beforehand — including concealed damage, pre-existing defects, corroded or non-compliant pipework, or restricted access — may change the scope and price. We will inform you and obtain your approval before carrying out additional work.
- Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate itself.
4. Scheduling, appointments and emergency service
- Appointment times are estimates. Travel, traffic and the complexity of preceding jobs can affect arrival times. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
- Emergency and after-hours service may be charged at a higher rate. Any such rate will be disclosed to you before work begins.
- Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If any cancellation or call-out fee applies, we will tell you about it before the appointment is confirmed.
- Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the property for the duration of the work.
5. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your work is scheduled.
- Larger projects may require a deposit or staged payments. Any such arrangement will be set out in your written estimate before work begins.
- Late payments may incur interest and reasonable collection costs, to the extent permitted by California law.
6. Coupons, discounts and promotions
- Coupons and promotional offers must be presented or mentioned at the time of booking.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, offer or promotion unless expressly stated.
- Each offer is subject to the specific conditions, validity dates and exclusions printed on it — for example restrictions on service hours, access requirements, or exclusions such as yard drains and main sewer lines.
- We may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Offers have no cash value.
7. Workmanship and our satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work. The workmanship warranty that applies to your job — including what it covers and how long it lasts — is stated in your written estimate or invoice. Please keep that document, as it forms part of our agreement with you.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures we install. Those terms are set by the manufacturer, not by us.
- Our workmanship warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, freezing, tree roots or ground movement; work altered or repaired by anyone else; pre-existing conditions elsewhere in the plumbing system; or parts and fixtures supplied by the customer.
- Our customer satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the work performed, you should contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to put it right.
8. Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, clear and lawful access to the work area.
- Tell us about known hazards, including asbestos, lead, mould, electrical faults or unsafe structures.
- Secure pets and move valuable or fragile items away from the work area before we arrive.
- Disclose the location of any private or unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines or septic components on the property.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of income or loss of use.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, or for damage arising from concealed defects that could not reasonably have been discovered before work began.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under California consumer protection law.
10. Licensing and how to verify us
Under California law you may check the status of any contractor’s licence with the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov or by calling 1-800-321-CSLB. Proof of our licence and insurance is available on request.
11. Your right to cancel
For home improvement work agreed at your home, California law gives you the right to cancel the contract within three business days — and longer in certain circumstances, such as for customers aged 65 or over, or for work in a declared disaster area. The applicable cancellation rights, and the form for exercising them, are provided with your written contract as required by law.
12. Photographs and reviews
We may photograph completed work for our records, training or marketing. Photographs will not identify your address or personal details without your permission. Please tell us if you would prefer that we did not photograph your property.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We would always encourage you to contact us first, so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
