Why is my water heater leaking?

Common causes are a loose or failed drain valve, a leaking temperature and pressure relief valve, loose inlet or outlet connections, or corrosion inside the tank. A leak from the tank body cannot be repaired. Shut off the water and power or gas to the heater and call a plumber.

I'm here to let you know that if you're in need of a plumber then I recommend Rooter flusher and drains 👍 My kitchen sink got clogged Saturday night due to buildup. Unfortunately Sunday morning the sinks were still filled up with nasty water and the smell of sewer started to come up 😭 I was worried that we weren't going to find a plumber during the weekend but my husband found this company and was able to make an appointment in the afternoon with Iggy Perez.
